Thank you for visiting and shopping with us! Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping & Returns Policy.

 

Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment Processing Time 

All orders are processed and shipped within 1 business day of order. Orders are not shipped on weekends or national holidays.

 If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a 1-2 business days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Below are the estimated delivery times of our partnering carriers.

Shipment Method - UPS Ground

Estimated Delivery Time - 3-5 Business Days


 * Expedited delivery is only available upon request for orders with delivery addresses within the continental United States. Additional fees apply. 

  

Shipment to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO Addresses 

Brothers Smoke Supply ships to addresses within the US only.

 

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. 

Damages

Brothers Smoke Supply is not liable for any products lost during shipping and transit. If your order was lost in transit, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. All of our shipments do ship with the required minimum of packaging protection/padding and include insurance for the value of your purchase.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

 

International Shipping Policy

 We currently do not ship outside the U.S.

 

Returns Policy

All shipped products.

We take pictures of your shipment before being packaged to avoid shipping defective or damaged goods. If there are damages during transit caused by the delivery service, proceed with your claim.  We do not offer any sort of return for products that have been used. All sales are Final.
